Advisors are the backbone of LIC of India. The club membership for advisors was introduced on 01.04.1971. A landmark decision to raise the status of the profession of insurance advisors in this country, keeping in mind the following objectives:

1. To inculcate professionalism in advisors.

2. To motivate advisors for higher production and consistency of business.

3. To encourage advisors to render good service to policyholders.

4. To accord advisors a higher status in the organization and society.
